We offer comprehensive CNC milling processing.
CNC milling means, above all, excellent accuracy, repeatability and processing speed. Technical advice and proper process planning are the key to success.
We can mill various types of materials: steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics. Thanks to CAD/CAM software, we can program the production of complex elements. We also have precise measurement probes that ensure accuracy of execution for both individual and serial orders.
Wire EDM allows for the production of elements with complex shapes with very high accuracy, unattainable in other processing methods, e.g. milling or turning. Wire machining perfectly complements milling and turning, allowing you to perform things that are unattainable with ordinary cutting tools. Our drilling machine makes straight and angular cuts, with a constant and variable angle of inclination. The wire cutting the material is only 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm in diameter, which makes it possible to obtain complex shapes and excellent precision.

Increasing market requirements in the technological industry and significant technical progress have contributed to the construction of cutting machines with greater capabilities than before. CNC machines can be easily programmed manually, but to use their full potential, especially machines with simultaneous axes, it requires external help. For this purpose, 90% of our machines are programmed using CAM software, thanks to which we are able to obtain shapes that are difficult to achieve.
